　　采购部和销售部为公司两个主要部门。采购部的员工有着丰富的茶叶审评和采购经验，负责产品质量的把关和采购工作；销售部的员工则具备多年茶叶出口销售经验，掌握与客户沟通的技巧，熟悉国内外茶叶进出口实际操作。两个部门协同合作，组成品质管理小组，负责产品的品质鉴定，从而确保了茶叶品质在生产、采购及销售等各环节的有效管理。

The stuffs from sales department are businessmen much experienced in tea import and export.
